From idea to a clear answer in ten weeks.
Every idea at Pepper runs the same cycle: one week to prototype, one week to build what customers will use, eight weeks of selling. Then we decide together, on the numbers, whether it becomes a company.
A short call
You submit the idea and we read it ourselves. If it fits, we talk about the problem, the customers and how to reach them. Ownership is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Prototype
A clickable prototype of the core workflow. You show it to the people who have the problem, and we change it the same day when they point at something that is wrong.
Production
We turn the prototype into a working product that a first customer can actually use: sign-in, data, the core flow. Built with AI by engineers who have shipped products before.
Sell
Eight weeks with real customers. You lead the conversations; we support with material, pricing and follow-up, and keep improving the product from what customers say. The goal is pilots, prepayments and first payments.
Kill or keep
We look at the numbers together and decide. Keep: we found the company and build the team and the next customers. Kill: we stop, write down what we learned, and you are free to take the next idea.
What we measure.
Product market fit: a product that solves a problem well enough that someone pays for the solution. Both halves are needed. A problem without willingness to pay is a project; a payment without a solved problem will not last.
Users who come back
People use the product again without being asked, because it saves them time or money every week.
Money on the table
Revenue, prepayments or signed contracts. Kind words and “we would probably buy it” do not count.
Noise, postponed
Name and logo, website, company and shares, business plan, a perfect product, investors. Needed later, measures nothing now.
Why ten weeks is enough.
The usual route to an answer from the market is a demo after three months and about a year of iterations. With the right skills and AI, a first working version takes one to two weeks, so customers can use the real product from week two and the market answers within ten weeks.
